Our Story
Vida Elegante Apartments is a quiet, welcoming community in one of Torrance's most desirable neighborhoods. Residents enjoy upgraded one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring granite countertops, modern flooring, and refreshed kitchens and baths. Most units have balconies and built-in storage, and some offer walk-in closets.
We're a short walk from top-rated elementary and high schools -- and a quick drive to Starbucks and neighborhood shopping. Vida Elegante has low turnover and a friendly, diverse mix of residents with and without children. Managers live on site, and maintenance typically responds to high-priority repairs within 24 hours.
There are NO HIDDEN FEES. Rent includes water, trash, garage parking, fitness center access, and all amenities except laundry (minimal charge) and optional recreation room events.
For everyone's health and comfort, we are a no-smoking, no-pets property. Applicants must have a minimum 660 credit score and pre-tax income of at least three times the rent for their preferred apartment. Please note that tours are by appointment only.
